There is always good old fashioned public transport. As you walk down most streets, you will notice many red ‘’truck-tooks’’ tooting at you as they pass by. Simply wave one down and let them know where you want to go. They may not take the quickest route, but you will certainly reach your destination at a very reasonable price.
By taxi is another option, but this can be slightly costly. Taxi's in Hua Hin do not run a meter, so for any distance it might cost you a minimum of 300 Thai Baht or more during peak seasons. If you need a receipt, make sure that you ask before jumping in the taxi.
